Sculptures in bronze

 

What originates after the wax is lost, and the cavity left behind in the casting mould has filled whith liquid bronze, and ..., and ...

... and then, the ultimate finish: the patina... Colouring those forms and shapes as to make them ever so present, and more. Pure alchemy. I prefer 'the cold way', a method which holds and lasts, for eternities. Or at body temperature. I got my three children diaper-free at a remarkably early age allowing them the privilige (and the sheer fun) to pee on their own portraits. Indeed, they learnt by example...
